It was by chance that off duty rookie cop Nicky Moskoff was in the home of the Gowanus Canal killer. Suspecting he’s about to become the killer’s next victim, Nicky, after a life and death struggle manages to collar him. In the aftermath, Nicky’s, ordered by his superiors to take some time off and goes to the Craggy Cost Inn. A place he frequented as a boy. While there, he has an affair with Nell a mysterious older woman who harbors a personal secret that is destroying her. Will Nicky be her savior, or will her secret keep her from a chance at happiness?
